This business is service-based. There is a required nonrefundable retainer/booking fee when setting appointments (it will be applied to the service or package). This ensures the client will not abuse the time scheduled. While nuances in one's day might cause for a last minute cancellation or no-show, the resulting effect on the business is liquid damages. Consequently, the nonrefundable retainer will fill for the time that was a loss. Please call or text so that the issue can be resolved amicably - some circumstances are out of control and can be overlooked.

Habitual, last minute cancellations or no-shows will result in denial of future services, as the operator has a right to refuse service. It is paramount that the client reschedules according to the window allotted which is a 24 hour notice before the scheduled appointment time. Any less time would be considered a last minute cancellation and will result in a nonrefund of the retainer/booking fee.
